I'm almost certain that the 2312 variant of the board corrected all of that.  Those issues were on the 2511.  Also, the 2312 supports CSIO with no board mods.

From memory, there is a trace cut you need to make on that board.  As it is the trace pulls one of the SD card lines up to 5V.  Also, I'm not sure which driver you are using but, the board is setup to use spare bits in the RTC IO address rather than the CSIO port of the Z180 for the SD card.  Probably a couple of additional trace cuts required there as well.
