Start with lowest height components

Discrete resistors

Add SIP resistors, square pad is pin 1

Add 0.1uF bypass capacitors

Add IC sockets, serial port connectors, and RC2014 bus connector

Add HLMP1700 T1 LED, the longer lead (anode) goes to hole next to silkscreen with flat side

Add PLCC68 socket. Be sure to match the mitred corner with the silkscreen
