Two thing where wrong:
- I did not have a working Oscillator for my CPU, I did retipped the solder on the Oscillator socket to solve this problem.
- I had a faulty Z80 IC. So I bought a new Z80 IC and now my board is up & running.
Thank you all for helping me out, I am so glad my board didn't run on the first try because now I learned a lot of debugging the board.
