According to the manual on your meter, it can read frequency to 5MHz.
What I didn't find is what setting the meter needs to be on to do that. It may be the AC setting.
One way to find out in a hurry if it can help you is to try and read the output of the crystal oscillator.
If you can see a frequency there, then it is at least good enough for assuring the clock path to the CPU.
There are cheap 8-channel logic analyzers from China. They are knockoff's of products from the
US. If you have the money, it would be better for you to buy the real thing, for instance

model, but it is on my wish list.
