Hi Max! www.33each.com will make prototype boards up to 60 square inches. A mini-ITX is about 45 square inches so they should not have a problem. The N8 circuitry needs more room though (approximately 60 square inches). Thanks and have a nice day! From: n8...@googlegroups.com [mailto:n8...@googlegroups.com] On Behalf Of Max Scane Hi Greg, I have also looked at the mini-ITX form factor. I think it would be ideal for some of our projects as we can take advantage of the available enclosures and power supplies. I have a spare Morex enclosure that would be ideal for a SBC of some sort. The one I have uses an external 12 Volt power supply and a fan-less power supply board. Andrew, how does the 170mm x 170mm PCB size work out with the PCB service you are using? The other thing you would need is the IO connector shield. Does anyone know if there is a way of producing a custom version of those? It is fairly thin metal but they seem to have a ridge that presses into the enclosure cut-out which might be tricky to replicate. Cheers! Max On Wed, Sep 5, 2012 at 7:24 AM, G.
