Re: New Build - N8VEM Mini V8

Hi James,
I'm not able to transfer files from the PC to the Mini. The serial
cable is wired as per the schematic and i can communicate with the PC
using Hyperterminal. The only thing i can think of is that the SRAM i
have is incompatible ? Futurlec sent me 628512 SRAM instead of
684000.The only difference i see is that the data I/O pins are
slightly different (offset by -1) ie. for the 68400 the pins are I/O 1
to I/O 8 whereas the 68512 pins are I/O 0 to I/O 7. Could this be the
problem? I have'nt tried to save anything to drive A: yet but i'll try
this tonight.
Cheers,
Nik
