Martin,

I attach a schematic of two configurations of resistors in a SIP package.  They come in 4, 5, 6, ..., 10 pin packages.  All resistors in the package are the same value.

The most common packages are A, bussed (which you want for the SBC v2), and B, individual.  If you can't find the SIP package for A, then use individual resistors as Douglas has suggested.
