I have uploaded v3.0 of FDTST to the Wiki. It really has not changed much, but does now support specifying a sector interleave factor for formatting. The new default interleave of 2:1 has resulted in 5-10x performance improvements for me. FdTst.zip is found in the CP/M Applications folder:
