Only Coldfire v4e cores have a MMU and the MCF547x/8x are only available in BGA.  And Coldfire isn't 100% compatible with the original 68K instruction set.

The availability of a 68030/68040 is proving sparse.  Even the mentioned MC68360 which has a built-in SDR SDRAM controller is > $60 just for the IC.


China IC brokers might have better pricing, but I haven't checked yet.
