Just an FYI...

As Zilog has officially stopped production of the Z80 chips, Mouser still has reasonable stock of the low power Z8L18020FSG in QFP80 format.

I grabbed a couple for future projects.

The Z8L180 is specified for 3.3V operation and a max of 20 MHz. For those interested in 5V operation and 33 MHz, there's the Z8S18033FEG that's still available at DigiKey in the same QFP80 package for about an extra $3.

FYI: I received a batch of Z8S18033FSC chips from UTSource that were very obviously remarked as they were labelled with SL1960 but were actually the later variant with clock doubler etc. Although they worked fine at 36.864 MHz, I have no idea about their original speed rating.
