I added a new page for rev1 of VGARC. It is a text-based 64 column x48 row monochrome VGA interface plus a PS2 interface. I recently added hardware scroll and hardware cursor functions. I have a number of Z80/Z280 SBC for RC2014; I plan to make them standalone by adding VGARC.
