The UNA BIOS/CP/M rom bundle includes FSFAT.BIN.
I can't find any doc or source for this.
What is it ?

The UNA BIOS building instructions explain that FSFAT.BIN should be a 32KB section of ROM that contains a flash programming utility. If you grab the latest source code from here you will find it contains "fsfat.c" which is a program to rewrite the flash ROM based on data loaded from a FAT filesystem on one of the storage devices.

Hope this helps!
