Hi all,

Now that I have a working SBC-188 with another to follow,
I'm trying to boot MS-DOS at no avail :

At least it seems the FDC interface et al is working now
cos I get DOS related error messages.

I'm not sure whether the issue is with the floppies, the interface or the drive.
Both drive and floppies have been used on an XP box
and seemed fine.

I'm attaching 2 screenshots to see if anyone has any pointers.

EDIT: Once in a while it will boot into MS-DOS setup.
But mostly no go... Am.using DOS 5.0 single setup 1.44 M 3.5"
floppy. See added screenshot.

TIA
73, Kris

Success!
Seems I had a bad/incompatible floppy drive...
Tried different one and fired up fine.
Only have tried with the single disk setup 5.0.
