I have an SBC188v3 VGA3 system that works well thanks to all of John's help. Every once in a while I pull out my old ECB 4MEM board which generally worked well with the earlier (v1) SBC188 boards but occasionally didn't work at @ 16MHz and doesn't seem to work at all with the 25MHz. So, I added the wait-state jumper, but still no help. I went back to inspect for any solder joints that looked suspect, but that didn't make a difference. I am using the EMM4MEM driver that came with the latest BIOS (v3.3-1), but I did try different versions going back to V_044 just in case there is an issue with the new driver. That didn't seem to make a difference either. I even used a different backplane I had.

While I don't really need it for anything practical, it kind of bugs me that it doesn't work. Any other things I should try?
