This is not strictly a retro computer project so moderators, please delete if they feel it is too inappropriate.

The interweb is awash with oscilloscope clock designs, usually displaying an analogue clock on the face of a round CRT. They are nice but I can't help feeling that raster scan is being severely neglected in this area of hobby electronics. To address this imbalance I developed my PIC TV clock. It too displays a round analogue clock face but on the screen of a 625 50Hz monitor! A little Chinese mini TV takes the place of the oscilloscope. Stylish, eh? Smile

Before anyone asks, a 525 60Hz version is possible but I ain't doing it.

Oh yes - forgot to mention - my PIC TV clock generates a non-standard 625 50Hz TV signal.

It'll work fine on old analogue TV designs but may be rejected by more modern TVs.
