I've done an "easy link" to order a small batch of PCB (min. 5pcs) here: https://www.pcbway.com/project/shareproject/uTerm_S_stamd_al one_RS232_VT100_terminal_with_VGA_PS2.html
I am still waiting for boards from them I ordered in March!
It's been over 70 days at this point so I do not recommend them to anyone.

Delivery from China for everything has been super slow lately. It may be the shipping and not PCBWay. China Post previously was about 10-14 days to ship, now I have packages that are 60 days out.

I've been using jlcpcb.com lately. They offer DHL for about $17 - and you can combine several small boards for the same shipping. As most of the boards I make up are tiny they are often $2/5 or $5/10 and I can ship 40 boards for the $17 cost.

70 days, ...that's by fare too long, You should query your order, I'm pretty shure that there's something gone wrong.

STM32F030F4P6's are back ordered by the various vendors I routinely use. Any direct substitutes you could suggest.
Mouser?

Digikey is out of them.
Is this part being discontinued?

I've been using PCBway for the last couple of years without any problems. Yesterday I received a package from them via DHL ... 6 days from files sent to boards in hand for two designs, 10 boards each (11 boards of each actually received). They're blue versus default green which sometimes adds a day or two to production.

Both Digikey and Mouser have no stock, although Digikey now lists a 6/12 arrival so things are improving!

I heard via a popular electronics blogger in China this morning that DHL is pretty much the only way kit is getting out of China at the moment. China Post is potentially backlogged for months.
