1. How do I get edit access to the RBC Wiki or posting access to the RBC Forum?
Go to the RBC Wiki and register there as a user. Then send an email to admin@retrobrewcomputers.org requesting wiki edit/forum post access. You'll receive a response within 24-48 hours.

2. Where can I find archives of the old legacy forums and PBWiki?
The archive of the legacy N8VEM Google Group, broken down by month is located here - N8VEM Google Group Archive
S100Computers.com hosts an archive of the legacy N8VEM-S100 Google group here - N8VEM-S100 Google Group Archive
The archive of the legacy N8VEM PBWiki is located here - N8VEM PBWiki Archive
To search these archives, see (3) below.

Important notes on this archive:
1. Please do not download the entire archive. The RBC site is on a mid-tier shared hosting plan (because we really don't have that many wiki edits or forum posts a day). There are I/O limits on how much IO we are allowed to pull from the server's storage, and CPU/RAM limits. Downloading the entire PBWiki archive would likely peg out those limits and possible make the rest of the site slow for others.
2. If you find information in the archive useful, please port it over to the new wiki. I really want the new wiki to "stand on its own" in a few months - this archive is not user-friendly to browse. It's a temporary solution, not a long term one.
2.1 Consider linking to a reliable external source for a file on the new wiki, rather than uploading it into the new wiki files. For example, out of the 5GB archive, 650MB is 1 .iso image of the 1994 Walnut Creek CP/M CDROM. This .iso is now hosted on archive.org (a very reliable site) at https://archive.org/details/CPM_CD-ROM_Walnut_Creek_November _1994. Also, there is a entire folder with several 100s of MBs of OpenWatcom 1.9 files, which are are all available at ftp://ftp.openwatcom.org/pub/. Those two folders alone are 20% of the size of the old wiki, and they could have been easily linked to external locations. Linking to external sites also avoids potential copyright takedown issues on the RBC site.
3. Once we have all the information ported over, this archive will be taken down. I will be keeping a local copy of this archive where I delete the files/pages/etc as we port them over to the new wiki. Eventually, when everything is ported over, this archive will likely be taken down (I expect this to take many months!Wink. Rest assured I will make sure that we don't loose any important information in this transition.

3. How can I search the legacy N8VEM archives?
Custom Google search for the N8VEM Google Group archive
Custom Google search for the N8VEM-S100 Google Group archive
Custom Google search for the N8VEM PBWiki archive (see (2) above)

4. Are automated password resets working?
Yes, automated password resets for both the wiki and the forum should be working as of Nov 17 2015.

5. Are forum and topic notification emails working?
Not clear. They should have been fixed as of Nov 17 2015, but I have only been able to successfully test password resets.
