OC65 Rev0, Prototype overclocked 6502

Introduction

It was previously established that CRC65 can operate reliably to 29.5MHz. This prototype based on CRC65 design furthur push the speed limit. This is achieved with faster RAM, buffered clock, reduce wire length with stacked IC, and faster DOM disk. Discussion about this prototype can be found here.

Design Information

Software

Install DOS65 distribution software in new DOM disk. Include monitor software. unzip the file into c:\teraterm\oc65 directory and run TeraTerm macro script file: newDOS65CF_v3_36M_fast.ttl.
