Initial state:

• Pin 26 (+5v) is connected to the ground plane.
• Pin 11 (gnd) is connected to +5v via C24

End state:

• Pin 26 (+5v) disconnected from ground plane and connected to +5v by wire link.
• Pin 11 (gnd) connection is changed from a VCC plane to a GND plane.

Steps:

1. Cut the thermal relief links between pin 6 of IC12 (pio3) and the ground plane.
2. Link pin 6 of IC12 (pio 3) to pin 2 of C12.
3. Cut the link between pin 11 of IC12 (pio 3) and + pin of C24.
4. Link pin 11 of IC12 (pio 3) to the GND pin of C24.
5. Cut the link between pin 6 IC9 (pio 2) and pin 18 of P3.
